I started this nanharter.com website in 1999 with my Fiji trip report while I was teaching Introduction to Computers at Maui Community College. Since I was teaching basic web page design, I had to learn a little myself and it motivated me to create this site. Since then it has grown to be a way to share my life and photos with family and friends. I have started this new format (more blog style) both to update the look of my site and also to hopefully write more often. Happy Travels, Nan
Glenn & kay I just got a look at your wep site, Of crater lake. We never got there. Sure was neat. ” thanks for sending it.” Glenn
I am glad you are have enjoyed reading the web posts. Crater Lake was impressive in how steep it is all the way around. I think it has stayed so pristine because no roads to the lake edge! Last leg post about to come out in a few days 😉
Hello Nanette,
the pictures are so wonderful. And it is great to hear something about your life.
We wish you and your family a wonderful Holiday Season and all the best for 2015.
Enjoy! Love Barbara
I am trying to help a Kathleen Harter born in Lima, Ohio. She was adopted out. She is looking for her 2 older siblings. Their names are Debbie and the other sisters name begins with a S and she thinks it might be Sherri. They was born between 1950-1955. Her mothers name is Jane Ann Harter from Lima Ohio. Kathleen goes by Kathy. I was wondering if there was a possibility that you might be able to help with the information I provided. Thanks Debby Harter Yothers. dabbylynn@yahoo.com
Fantastic photos and love the updates on life, travels, and family! Such a coincidence (if there is such a thing) because I was thinking about Hawaii this morning as I rode my bike into work at 39 degrees. The peaks of the mountain had a beautiful rosy glow, a sure sign of fall weather. Time to chop the firewood.
Thanks for the picutres and the updates!
Amazing, you are reaching near freezing already and heard Jason’s family in Oklahoma was dealing with 107 temps and a broken AC. Maui misses you. Come visit.
Dear Nan
So enjoyed your account of the trip you did with Audrey and Bill to Alaska. Neil’s photos as always were just great. Much looking forward to regular up date on your new blog site. Take care and much love Vanessa (Singapore)
