Quentin's First Months

I have had the joy of getting to watch baby Quentin, my great nephew, as he changes and grows almost daily. He seems to recognize me, well at least he feels comfortable coming to my house when I baby-sit. I watched him grow from guzzling his bottle to now almost playing with it as he became comfortable that food would be there when he wanted it. He still can't hold the bottle himself but he is discovering his hands. They will grip your fingers, and now a blanket or anything within reach while he is feeding. He is a good baby--crys very little--but does like attention and will let you know he wants it! He is an active thing. Likes to have his feet and arms moving. His legs are very strong. He loves to stand while supported. But hasn't figured out how to push himself up on his arms yet. He loves being held high on a shoulder and gets his little arms agoing. He is starting cooing sounds like he is trying to talk. What a wonder life is.
